The season isnt over at all. We lost to a highly motivated Bradford side with a pretty much full strength side out which is no disgrace with the team we had out. Our tactics and general play looked slow and sluggish which is perhaps why people are saying 'theres no passion'.. I think it is deceptive, we were playing safe rugby because we had one half back, this wasnt helped by the fact the Bulls pack dominated us.



The youngsters did show up well. Really impressed with Salter and Sherrife, who certainly have the passion people are so obsessed with. Green is a good unit, should stop with the knees though. Griffin got through a lot of work, all good signs.



Are some of you posters actually rovers fans not wanting us to finish in the playoffs? Iv always been under the impression you should want to win as many games as possible thus gaining the highest league position possible. The money is important, and if we win a playoff game thats even better.



Obviously we need a bit of a clearout but we have be realistic for the time being and I dont think things are as negative as they are being made out.

Yeah, we might not make the playoffs now, so all we'll have to look forward to is seeing your shower getting dry bummed in your one and only play off game. Enjoy plankton brain.

Surely we have to want to qualify for the play offs, if only for the tick in the license box.

As for Bradford deserving their place, yeah they do as much as anyone that puts a team out they can't afford the contracts for.

Tell you what, when your team gets to a Super League Grand Final, then you can spout your bitter jealous insults and throw your teddy out of your cot.

To be fair we still have Donaldson, Elima, Kear, Purtell and Bateman missing from our 1st choice line up.
