During the course of this season, I've seen various posts doubting the abilities of Brian McClennan and, in particular, Ryan Bailey. If you go back a bit further you'll find similar posts on almost all of the team that were on the field last night.



Ryan Bailey was outstanding last night and has been on numerous ocassions this season, despite injury.



As for Bluey, to win back to back championships is impressive. However, when the second leg of it is achieved without three world class players, (one for the whole season, one for half the season and the other for most of the game) you have say he's the very best.



On a final note, to all you idiots who bag our Chief Exec, you really need to be taken back in time to the early nineties, to either see or be reminded what a shambles the club was.

Kevins comments after the game were splendid, about the club, fans, the bond between players & the salary cap.

I think bluey deserves alot of credit. How he got a team considerably under the salary cap to pick up the title and a 3rd straight GF is amazing. Not bad for a coach with no discipline.

bailey was immense last night. if he did that on a regular basis he would be an england regular.

I think Bluey has comprehensively answered his critics this season, and stands comparison to any Rugby League manager.



Bailley was good tonight, but like all players has suffered injuries and consequent dips in form. All of which is rightly discussed and commented on by the paying public.



It took an immense team effort to win the GF, and all credit to all who have pulled on the Blue and Amber this season.



As for the pre match doubters......

.....maybe next season they'll BELIEVE!

Not a chance the resident numptys don't know what being a "supporter" means

To be fair a lot of the comments were opinions on individual games and performances at the time.

We knew the build up to the season would be different because bluey said so after the world cup we also knew the "rumours of unrest" would surface when we hit a blip and lets be honest i'd say 99% of the fans were concerned about our ill discipline and attacking structure at some point during the season.

Kevin basically said that in an era of Salary Caps, the players at Leeds choose to ignore financially more rewarding contracts elsewhere to play for each other and our great club. He also said that the way that Gary manages the financial position and only brings in the right people (never mind the right players) should be applauded.

I never doubted them for a minute.

First thing that I noticed was he looked emotional.



he did the "first like to thanks saints. They are a championship team blah blah". It sounded a bit old but it is the 3rd year running he's said it.



Then he thanked GH, club and players. Then he thanked fans "best in the world". And he rounded it off by dedicating the win to John Holmes.
