| I started a thread about Pryce being AWOL but would just like to say how impressed I am with young Kyle now he is a star for the future, it is time for him to step up and claim Shaun Long boots,
tonight he has shown that given the chance he takes it well done to the lad

| It was the Kyle Eastmond show tonight really. He was the only player in our team who was capable of making the fans think something good was about to happen. Damn shame he hit the corner flag for his second try attempt because he kept out of touch brilliantly.
I hope he can organise because after tonight's performance, with all that pressure on his shoulders, I'm finally convinced we should put him in pole position in our team. He is the only exciting player we have. He had no right being on the losing side.

| A star for now.
If he doesn’t get picked for the England squad then its silly. Luckily he doesn’t have to play against Kevin Sinfield every week but he’ll score more than be put onto touch.
I didn’t rate him till tonight.
Class player

| Be interesting to see how he manages with the shift inside next season.
Make or break time for him, and probably Saints.

The international selection doesn’t work like this anymore where you have to be in the top two teams in order to be selected as proven with Atkins, Shenton and Myler.
Eastmond belongs in a select group of people who’ll should be selected in this next decade whatever position in the table is providing he’s playing his best!
Make or break time for Potter’s St Helens team yes.
Eastmond no.

Depends on who you say where his future lies. Is he a future R.L player or is his soul bound for kick and clap? I really hope he has a future in our code and can make more from centre. He only has to look at Sam Thompkins to see he could be something special.

| I think Eastmond is terrific in both defence and attack.
He has just one shortcoming... he's soft as pig muck.
He took a shoulder charge off Roberts last week and went down gasping for breath like he'd been hit by a number 47 bus. And Amos Roberts ain't no number 47 bus.
Until he takes a big hit, he's superb, after the big hit, he cowers away and lets everyone else take the hits.

He's actually improved in that regard this season so maybe by next season he won't blubber at all.
