In all seriousness it would probably 'hold' 10,000 people, just as the whole ground would probably hold 35,000. Health and safety is imperitive usually, but feel free to cram as many of them in as your like. If i were you I would stand anywhere where the stand could fall on you, nor would I mess with the crumbling concrete or touch any of the girders you see.
