Would be a tough call for me , not that much quality out there so would we look internally?? KC to step up ? Poach Longy from the pies ? Scour the NRL again? Daryl Powell has done a steering job in the championship should we look there?



My choice would be take a punt on Longy and try get an experienced mentor on board as a director of rugby or something a bit like cats have done

Of all the recent legends Longy, Martyn, Joynt, Sculthorpe and Cunningham both Millward and Anderson mentioned only one player from that list as a promising coach...........that was Longy. So would go with him as rookie coach at least we know where is player priority would lay.

Brown is doing a decent job though, lumbered with no experienced half backs and with about 8 players out over the last couple of weeks.

It was more if brown decided to go ,not talking about sacking him

Bobbie Goulding? Why not go for a dream team of John Terry and Luis Suarez?

It wouldn't be such a bad thing IMO. Obviously he has baggage but he is passionate and I can see him being ruthless in regards to squad selection and retaining older players. Took Rochdale from an average side to top of the league in one season and offered a lot of the French players to SL clubs when he spotted the potential but wasn't took serious. Teams could do a lot worse than have Goulding on board.
