As Keith Senior noted in 2010, the players have a considerable lack of respect for him.

He tells Elima he wants to hear no more or he is off, then Elima speaks to him again, should have pulled the card at that point too

It was a ridiculous decision to give Saints a penalty in the first place. He hadn't blown the whistle for a knock-on. Elima is entitled to go into that tackle. I believe he was penalised for "running in aggressively".

It was also a ridiculous decision to give the 8 point try. Foster is entitled to try and kick a loose ball.

Don't worry, I am sure he will make up for it on 30th March.

Wasn't quite loose though was it? Whitehead had the ball in his hands long enough for Foster to pull out of the kick. Anyway it didn't make any difference so what you gonna do

He is entitled to try, but if he does so in a manner that causes him to connect with someone's face then he has acted carelessly and has committed a foul, imo. I'd also add that "loose" is a contentious term in this context.

Whitehead had the ball in is hands, split second and no malice from what i saw but its the correct call.
