I am getting confused (and fed up) with this whole dual registration thing, so can somebody help me out. Am I right in saying that Mendeika was one of the players 'signed' by Swinton on a 12 month contract?

That is what I recall as well. He was one of six; Shaw, Morrison, Ormsby, Burke, Riley and Mendeika.

I think the contract with the RFL and Swinton is only valid on days prior to the summer solstice, where aquarius is the ascendancy and in alignment with stonehedge. It is ruled null and void, and players are free to go-on loan (during daylight hours) to other clubs on days that coincide with the release of any Kate Bush top-20 single or if the day the contract was signed coincides with the first airing of Bagpuss or Ivor the Engine (but only in Lancashire).

Strangely enough, that does make perfect sense.



Some Swinton fans are going to be hopping mad though.

Just done a bit of digging, and the six to sign for Swinton were "Morrison, Mendeika, Burke, Shaw, Ormsby and Riley".



What's going on is anyone's guess! Squadbuilder/WWST have been silent on this, which is unfortunate as they are probably in the best position to at least try and explain what on earth is going on. Perhaps Roy or someone else who reads this forum could help?

I don't think Squadbuilder should try and explain it, not in any official capacity anyway. They are NOT the club. Either the club or the RFL should make it clear though; it looks a bit smelly.
