In all seriousness , ask anybody who went to Haven today , we didn't play that well , our completion rate was very low , we dropped far to many balls , and struggled to contain Haven at times , I thought the Ref gave us a far few penalties , and we had a 2 man advantage for 10 minutes , still it was a win , but nothing special .

We threw out too many bad passes' dropped far to much ball and made a lot of wrong choices.



Despite that I never thought we would lose.



Haven fans blamed the ref as usual but' I thought the ref was pretty good and took no nonsence from either side.



Lets hope that bad game is the last one our lads play this season.

Winning ugly frank all the good teams do it . Think the league could be in the bag long before we play fev.

Really looked to be lacking in concentration yesterday don't know if it was tiredness creeping in from the run of games we've had or the heat or what but defiantly need to be more focused for Dewsbury; if we drop that much ball or give away that many interceptions they'll really punish us.



Haven played quite well & were unlucky not to get a bonus point, it was a good job we had the speed to catch them when they made a break.



Don't know what Haven fans were looking at for the ref, thought he had a good game; kept control of everything, got most decisions right.

Look who dropped the most ball - it was a p;layer who you can rely on NOT to drop the ball, Paul gives his reasons on Daves latest Interview after yesterdays game which will be up on LC TV later today. I will settle for an ugly win than a pretty defeat.

On a personal note I was glad to leave what they laughingly call a stadium one of the worst -beaten only by Owlerton - for facilities plus there were a gaggle of OAP's around me screaming and shouting at ever ball. tackle etc.. FORWARD PASS OFFSIDE SEND HIM OFF and yelling that we were cheating, overspending on our full time squad, paying off referees having a go at me and my commentators because we were there, and even the most biased radio commentator in the world had a go at the end, sorry haven you have some of the most biased horrible speccies in Rugby League and the chip on your shoulders is enormous, the lot of you should grow up and face reality.

Fred , it has been like this at Haven for years , and is one reason , I never sit in the Stand , because of verbal abuse and threats , by Haven fans , yesterday we had a Leigh fan with us who had never been to Haven before , I warned him beforehand what they were like up there , and he said how right I was .Charlie knows .

cause the commentary on the leigh videos is never biased is it.

your fans could not even be bothered to sing one song,thought all you had to do was turn up.
