6 of us side on unreserved

Same for us but going with Cas and Rhino fans so 6 in total - getting v excited now and really looking forward to a seeing the stadium. COYG.

Been bit of a farce for me.

I wanted for tickets unreserved and side-on for BOTH days but when I went to the ticket office, I was told the Giants had only been allocated 100 of these and all had been sold.



100!!



Bet Wigan and Leeds didn't get 100..



So bought 4 unreserved seats for the Sunday and have now ended up having to get 2 more seats for both days behind the posts which was apparently the cheapest option with my season ticket.

In other words, I've now got 2 spare tickets for the sunday.



Hope the Geordie stewards have been well-briefed and reminded that we're not football fans and hopefully, they will allow the other half and me into the side on the saturday so we can sit with our mates...



Can't wait to get back to City next season.

We couldn't get side on either so are behind the sticks. After originally thinking newcastle was a great choice, I've changed mind. Getting decent family Accommodation in the area has been a nightmare and the stadium ticketing has Spoilt it for me already. I watch all the games and like to sit with widnes, Leeds and wire friends during their games. For the giants game some of my mates are in the side some behind the sticks. With that and some getting reserved It looks like our fans are going to be very spread out.

Yeah prefer to be able to move around more! We have got side on unreserved but we are going up with another group from cas, main sections behind the sticks but at opposite ends so had to go in with the side so we can at least try find some of our own supporters for our respective games

my mate got 'side on unreserved' for the sunday just last week.. im expecting to get the same too.

we are this first game v catalans on sunday it might be a quarter full if that so dont think it will be a problem!

There are side on tickets for Sunday- but if, like us, you want weekend tickets then none available, and due to price difference they can't be split would have had to get Saturday tickets from elsewhere. I don't think this inability to move around as much will be as good for the atmosphere. They did that at millenium at first, then changed it in later years.

leeds and wigan usually take more than 100 to away games, can't really fault the RFL for giving one of the worst supported clubs less tickets.

well we all ended up being spread out all over the place again... we took a good number upto newcastle though.



it seemed all the neutrals were against the Giants, no one likes us! Must be doing something right

that's the problem with magic weekend though, our fans never congregate together like other teams do, we have the odd groups big groups dotted around and lots of others sat on their own rather than all together.

i suppose that comes down to demographics, look at the fans photos on the examiner site, most of our fans are in the older age bracket and don't want to sing and shout etc
