Im sure Ellis will get his chance at some point right now Wood is doing enough to keep his place. We dont see whats going on in training and its Agars call and so far he cant be knocked for teams he is picking. It is good to be in the position that a player like Ellis cant get a game best strength in depth we have had for years.

my only concern (granted only 2 games in), whichever hooker is chosen, is that the interchange seems to be done to late in the game for maximum impact to be had. Similarly with Lauititi who seems to do a bit too much gametime all in one go in my opinion.



I realise its because Aiton basically looks like our main man on the field, but think the interchanges could be more effective.

Agreed ref Smith So how about Smith 6 and Wood 7 with Alton and Ellis hooking we have not seen much from John todate early days yes but we need to see a lot more from him
