Because the club can’t rely on the latent supporters of Wakefield to come and watch so they try to tap into the Leeds supporters habits. They’re used to Friday night games and a fair number of them will live in Wakefield.

A Friday night in Feb @ BV may not be as enticing as a Friday night in the summer months.

So I would hazard a guess and say it will not be moved.

I’ve no idea why this fixture is moved to Friday night, there must be financial benefit to Trinity to move it.



I think more Leeds fans would come over on a Sunday afternoon than Friday night.



On a personal note, I’m sick of driving home having an autopsy as to where we went wrong. The year that Clown blatantly robbed us, I was that angry I left a really good flask in a bag, hanging on a crash barrier - in my red mist of disbelief

Sorry, my mistake for some reason I thought boxing day was on Sunday this year

so was confused as to why that would be changed, Now i know we are talking about the Feb game for sure it will be moved as we always bow down to whatever Leeds want

I'll be missing the first 3 games next season due to a bit of bad holiday planning

Very true Devils Advocate...that match was the worst refereeing performance I have ever witnessed in my entire 39 years..never before have i felt like running onto a pitch.I have astanding argument at work with a one eyed Whino about that match.



As for changing we pander all the time to Whinos because of the poor financial state we are in even if we have played the previous Sunday. It makes my blood boil to see cars with Whinos flags shirts on Friday nights in and around Outwood Lofthouse, Robin Hood.

Why does it make it your blood boil regarding Leeds Flags Shirts etc in Lofthouse and Robin Hood when both of these villages are in the Leeds Council area. Have you not seen the sign at Lofthouse Golf club that says welcome to Leeds.
