With the signing of Mr Anderson the team is now taking shape and it still looks pretty good apart from the halfbacks where there's still time to strengthen.

Looking at that a halfback and another hooker are top priority, with maybe a bit of cover in the backs.



I love the rumours about McShane, Bosc and Baile to be true, they would fit the bill perfectly.

We've certainly started seasons with worse in my opinion.



I'm not sure I would start with Lauitiiti and Tautai, too similar for me and one should be used to spell the other.

We need another half or two and another hooker as well as some more cover in the three-quarters but the forwards are probably as good as we are likely to be getting.

Another hooker, halfback whilst keeping goulding, and a utility back and i think we will be ready to go

Getting the pack sorted first is a big plus.

May make potential halfbacks more interested in joining us when they see who they are working with.

Or resigning?

I'd still start with Washbrook and have Tautai on the bench

I'd rather not, but I'm resigned to the fact he will feature in the first team regardless.

Mcshane is almost definate......The transfer fee was to stop Widnes or Salford signing him, and he is being left with the option of Hunslet on Loan or Wakey on a reduced contract to what he gets now. Read into that what you want but unless another club pays the fee (which they wont) he will be a wakey player next season.

Pete Smith said that McShane doesn't want to come to us apparently but thats just a journo saying it, might not be true but he'd fit the bill and id be happy with the signing if he wants to play for us.

If he'd rather be at Widnes or Salford next year and he's coming to Trinity under duress I'd rather pass. It doesn't sound great that Leeds are effectively forcing his hand.

Presuming we sign a half back (presumably Bosc) , a hooker (McShane) and a winger (Vickery??). This would be my 17
