Great move by all concerned. Josh has just got so many upsides to his game, and he's only been playing full-time RL for a relatively short time as well. He offers something different at FB, and he's got that thing that DP loves—utility value, where he can slot in at centre or wing. I don't think there's any doubt that he gets more experience; his FB play will improve as well, just as Max's has over the years. He's already got a good running game, awesome high ball ability, and is starting to develop into a decent support player and is ,last line defense is good. Hopefully, he can work on a few things like developing a kicking game and improving his attacking passing game, so he develops into that extra pivot as all top FBs do, which I think he's capable of because he seems to have a good RL brain and is athletic.
