| Seen as though this is the 5th consecutive year on making a profit and i can imagine the next couple of years will be the same, in 10 years time how and where would you like the profits from the last couple of years go to? Youth academy etc?
Also if you ever inherited a large amount of money, in other words winning the lotto, would you 'buy' Hull?

Yes i would but keep the current staff on as they are the top dogs at the moment in S/L.......call them all you like but they deliver off the pitch.

| good question btw
no, its too complicated to own a club for me, wouldn't have a clue about the finances etc, and though there would be experts brought in to key positions i wouldnt like all the hassle that goes with it. the only way i would invest lottery winnings in them would be if they were ever in danger of liquidation. there's a big difference between saving a club and owning one

I would However I would not attempt to run it, I would just want to get dolled up and lead them out at Wembley, and also come on here and use plenty of

same here, I think there would be too much pressure for me to enjoy games I feel. A run of bad results and the fans would be kicking off, demanding you sack the coach etc I also would only buy them if they were in danger of going bust, or losing their SL license etc
I'm not even sure I'd get a box or a padded seat if I won the lottery either, rugby just woulden't be the same without being sat with fans giving the ref grief all game, i doubt you get that in the corporate seats!

| Not sure about the lottery investment it would be buying a load of aggro. when things go wrong which at some point they are bound to.
As regards the current profits a decent chunk should be paid over to the directors/investors as a return on their investment and a reward for their loyalty and rescuing us from extinction all those years ago.

If you owned the club you could get a sheet printed and order them to shout periodically
"Gerem onside"
"Forward"
"You don't know what you're doing!"
I'd love to see all the sponsors stood up in west stand singing the old version of "Oh what a referee!"

Here's what I'd do, give them £2-4m depending on the size of the win (in installments). But stay just as a fan with the occasional meeting with the board and the accountants like a silent partner lets say. Free admission is obvious but that would limited to me and immediate family.
