| "uncharacteristic individual errors"
Rule, you talk total and utter garbage, if you and the board are happy then that tells the fans all they need to know, you either don't know what you are doing, or you simply do not care.
And, interestingly enough, no comment as to why you had to watch the game on video yesterday, what with you being engaged in your actual sporting interest, sorry, one of them, the other being swilling beer at functions and swearing at sponsors.

| This is how it is , once and for all !
When you work for an employer you will , generally be assigned a 'boss' for want of a better word. This boss will ensure you comply with your duties that match your remuneration. Your boss can be strict or slack , a good mate or a confidante . The boss can be a iron fist in a velvet glove or a complete nice person that you have no respect for. Your boss may let you get away with anything and then some are like hawks and watch your every move. Some motivate the hell out of you because they take a great interest in you and your career. All in all the best bosses command respect and even adoration. Employees don't usually leave companies , they tend to leave managers. Managers also tend , over time , to get better pay the better job they do.
As a manager myself , in both sport and business , I realise that to have respect and have people 'play' for you I have to be the best I can. Rich Agar may be the best he can be but that best may not be good enough.
You know when you have a nice boss that is a lovely guy with great morals but just can't get you to do what he/she wants. They dont have the ability to create desire or passion but rather just an ability to get you to do the minimum amount of work where you know that you don't get sacked for that basic performance.
My feeling is Rich cannot get his team to 'die' for him ala Mourhinho. His team also play in a way that suggests they are not afraid of the consequences. Usually there will be a group of employees that mix together and form a 'clique' where between them they understand they don't perform well all the time but feel comfy with each other knowing they are all guilty of this every now and then. This type of group can be mature and influential and have a core within the group as well . They influence new starters and don't like staff who try their best 100% as it makes them feel uncomfortable as it means their own mediocre performance can be put under scrutiny.
My hunch , which is really almost my opinion , is that Mr Agar is a soft but nice boss who cannot get any staff to bust a gut for him , never mind go into battle. That is where the problem lies .
He needs to go and the staff need a leader , but a leader that strikes fear and motivation and inspiration and accountability for poor performance. If poor peformance isn't stamped on then it breeds.

Fear isn't a long term motivator. Management by fear became unfashionable in the 80's.
You need to create a culture where people aspire to be the best they can. No one at the club understand that or is capable of doing it

| Giving him a 2 year deal last year was an awful error, it should have been a one year deal at the most and then it would have been much cheaper to sack him.
I feel that we will improve enough to get us into (just) the play offs and Agar to stay another year.
Looks like we have him for at least another week, I'm not sure what he has to do to get sacked. The Wakefield defeat was the worst defeat we have suffered since we moved to the KC IMO.

| For me i want rid of Rule as much as i do Agar now. He's missing games to have a jolly with his kick and clap mates and spins complete and utter e continuously thinking we're all completely thick. I want Agar gone and i want Rule gone.

| If these idiots are allowed to run this club for much longer, it will take a lot of years to get back close to the top 4. We are the laughing stock of Super League

| I'm fed up of hearing everyone connected with the club banging on about the Wigan game. Anyone would think we had won it instead of coughing up a winning position against 12 men. Of course there were some encouraging signs in that game (though these certainly weren't carried forward to the next game), but let's not remember the defeat with misty-eyed wistfulness, eh?
