Looks like AP has bought a dead duck then in Hull Fc as according to the gospel spouted by the hillbillys from t'otha side of river it was all part of the Allem Master plan to get control







In all honesty its the best decision as both clubs have gone from strength to strength since moving into the KC. Think Assem & Ehab need to concentrate on getting City to run as a sustainable business/football club first and foremost so they have stability.

Wonder if Allem will take his ball home now?

Spoke to a councillor earlier this year and he said they had more faith in David Lloyds plans at the time then Allams. Apparently he offered £300k for at stadium and the land around it.

Is that the one that was the gift he gave to Hull FC?



Oh no that was allowing us to play in his stadium

If only someone had rung Sportstalk at the time to imply that the so-called philanthropic "Sporting Village gift to the people" was an utter crock o'$hite.

Excellent result and the right decision for Hull FC, also the amount that he was offering for the actual purchase was ridiculously low and woud have fallen foul of the Audit Commission rules on sale of public assets I believe lets see now if the Mail call his bluff and raise the Melton stakes!!!! As Chris says all those 'In the know' in the East got that one wrong again! Well done to all who wrote to the council and lobbied their councillors, common sense has prevailed! I hear the sound of For Sale notices going up in Melton as we speak....that ain't gonna happen is it?

Wonder if he is shifting focus, as I was behind his RR on Marfleet Lane last week and his passenger was 2 Jags....just a thought.
