I read that Skolars have a decent pack of forwards, IIRC it said in the RL Express that they tore into Workington early doors and caused them big problems. Skolars only narrowly lost in the end to Worky, which is a blinding result at a difficult place.

They lost by 4 (IIRC) and got a bonus point.



So, given that Deano will be missing, how do you think we will cope?



I mean we can by-pass them in attack. But there is no dodging them when they have the ball.

said on another thread that i think it looks a more difficult game than the south wales one,but i think confidence should be high and think it should be a win, tackling has really improved in recent weeks so if that can continue i am expecting our creative players to make the difference.

I'm making the journey north for this one!

London are probably the most improved side of the division in recent years, so not to be sniffed at. We should be favourites with home advantage, and as long as we enter the game professionally we can win.

Correct. This is a game we should win, however it is a BIG potential banana skin. I am sure that TM will have drummed this into the players though.

Well the weather is set to pick up, that's a blessing.

agree with that, and hopefully if word spreads and people watch the now available highlights and see that expansive game, they will come and see for themselves. quick edit. there will of course come a time when a forward battle is inevitable,no one can rely on just creative rugby, battles will need to be won

I don't think that London will be any mugs and we shouldn't underestimate them. They will upset a few teams this season. All we need is a professional performance and stop them getting a bonus point, any further additions to the plus column in the points difference is a bonus.
